Imelda Dwi Rosita Sari
Award: CeP (2017)
Biography
I have worked as a learning developer at the University of Bedfordshire (UoB) since May 2016. Before this appointment, I taught English for Academic Purposes and English for Specific Purposes, both in the UK and abroad. I am a CeP and a Fellow of the HEA. I gained my BA in English Literature from the University of Indonesia and my MA in Applied Linguistics with Teaching English as a Foreign Language from UoB. I am currently pursuing my PhD at the University of Sussex. My research focuses on the professional learning of remote, rural primary school teachers in Indonesia.
How can I support Learning Developers?
I could support other LDers who are working on their CeP and/or research funding applications. They may need some advice or just someone to share their ideas and thoughts with. I am also happy to mentor other LDers, particularly those who are still new to their role or to LD research.
Subject categories I advise on: Academic Literacy (Reading and Writing), Learning Spaces & Learning Communities, Research Methodologies and Data Collection, Study Skills, Widening Participation
