Register on the website and log in before purchasing a ticket.

Please register on the ALDinHE website, if you have not already, before purchasing your ticket. This will ensure your account is linked to your ticket and provide you with access during the conference to conference resources. To receive a member ticket discount, you need to be logged into your website account.

If you are an individual member, a member of ICALLD or you are a member of staff of an institutional member, please ensure you are registered on our website and logged in to view and purchase discounted tickets. Register as an institutional staff member by clicking on your institutional logo (ICALLD members, select the ICALLD logo).

Discounted tickets are available to members. If you would like your institution to become a member, please purchase Institution membership.

To become an individual member, please purchase individual membership.

If you are a non-member purchasing a ticket, please register as a website user.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of delegate registration, ALDinHE can offer refunds on the following basis:

  • Cancellation more than 2 weeks before the event – Full refund minus £25 administrative charge
  • Cancellation between 2 weeks and 3 days before the event – 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before the event – 25% refund
  • Cancellation after the start of the event – No refund
