Fire alarms
There are no fire alarms planned during the in-person as far as we know so if the alarm goes off, please exit by the nearest fire exit. Please do not use lifts if you are able to take the stairs. The nearest fire exits are to the left at the front of the lecture theatre, or the main staircase to the right [directions relevant to the presenter facing the audience, the presenters left/right]. The muster point is outside the building on the green space, between King William and Dreadnought buildings.
The muster point for Queen Anne is similarly on the green space outside the building.
Toilets
Female toilets are located at the top right of the lecture theatre. Male toilets are through the main doors and round to the right, as is the accessible toilet.
Luggage storage
If you have left your luggage here to be stored, please remember that the luggage storage will only be open until 6pm so please ensure you make your way back here by then.
Wifi
If you have your own eduroam access then that should connect automatically. If you need additional access please text the word ‘coffee’ to +441143597221
To sign onto Eduroam Wi-Fi at the University of Greenwich, please follow the instructions for visitors.
Lost property
If you find anything which has been left behind, or you have lost something, please bring it to the enquiry desk on the first floor in Queen Anne which will be staffed all day.
Dinner
Please arrive promptly at the Oystercatcher for dinner at 7pm as the food will be served almost immediately. There is a table plan for where you are sitting.
