Biography

Dr Lilian Schofield is the Deputy Director of Education (Student Experience) at Queen Mary University of London and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She has extensive experience in pedagogic research, including the evaluation of generative artificial intelligence in education. Her recent scholarship secured funding to develop an innovative AI teaching and learning framework, which has been successfully adopted across multiple faculties. Her work in this field has resulted in several peer-reviewed publications exploring the intersection of AI and pedagogy.
