Using the EAT (Equity, Agency, Transparency) framework to promote inclusive assessment practices

Biography

I am an HEA Fellow and have worked at the University of Bristol since 2018 as an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Tutor and a Lecturer in Academic Development.  My current role is Subject Lead for in-sessional EAP with a focus on designing and delivering workshops for UG and PG students from a range of disciplines to develop their academic reading and writing skills. 

My main research interests are inclusive pedagogy and staff development.  Recent projects have included investigating how to make peer review more inclusive on foundation courses and researching the international student experience, which fed into university guidance and staff training on teaching in the international classroom.
