How can I help Learning Developers?
I am a certified CMI Coach and Mentor and I have supported academic staff undertaking the UCAP, PGCAP and HEA Fellowships here at CCCU. Hence, I would be very happy to advise staff who are interested in extending their professional development and applying for recognition schemes such as Fellowships of the HEA, CeP and CeLP. I also have experience in English for Academic Purposes and I am currently undertaking a PhD on Learning Development Professional Identity and its place in Academia. I would be willing to support developers working on research projects on peer-mentoring, academic literacies, critical EAP and LD professionalism and identity.
