Hi All,
I’ve set an assessment for the coming year where students are asked to reply to the director of a company regarding a problem. Students are able to submit their response in any format (it could be a presentation, poster, email, report, visual recording etc). However, my concern is that for neuro-diverse students this could potentially create more issues that it solves and I don’t really want to create a “paralysis by choice” situation or put them in a situation where they do multiple versions of the same piece of work.
One of my colleagues has suggested a help sheet to go with the assessment brief explaining why they might chose each type of response and guiding the students on how to decide which format to use. Does anyone have anything that might look like this? or do they fancy helping me to put one together?
Thanks
Lisa
