Both you and the Mentor will sign a mentoring agreement (adapted and used with permission from Dr Kay Guccione, 2020) detailing the vision for the mentoring relationship (including the frequency of meetings) and it will be shared with the ALDinHE Partner. This may take place during or after the Compatibility meeting.
We encourage Mentees and Mentors to work out their own rules for the mentoring relationship. The mentoring agreement template can be further adapted to the particular needs of you and your Mentor.
