This community of practice is for Learning Developers with a particular interest in Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
Our community of practice offers the opportunity for members to share ideas around CPD in Learning Development. It is a supportive group in which to ask and answer related questions, have discussions, explore opportunities, and share thoughts and resources. As part of our community activity, we work in collaboration with the ALDinHE CPD Working Group, who are currently developing a Framework and suite of resources to support Learning Developers’ CPD.
Aims
- To enable members to share ideas and questions around CPD.
- To contribute to the development of the ALDinHE CPD resources, via collaboration with the CPD Working Group.
General Information
- The CoP intends to meet online every two months.
- The CoP is led by Amy West from the University of Northampton.
