What does it mean to be a leader? Who qualifies, and how do you know if you are? What’s the best way to be recognised for your leadership?
Often tied up with line management responsibility, leadership in learning development might instead take many forms, including influencing, mentoring, sharing and inspiring, and as such it is a quality open to more people than they might otherwise expect.
This Community of Practice invites all those interested in expanding their knowledge and developing their confidence in this area, whether it’s because they want some support for the role they’re in currently, or because they’re keen to prepare for a future move into a leadership position.
Leadership is about knowing who you are, knowing what you want, and figuring out how to get there.
