The Learning Development Project podcast is a podcast about the ideas, identities, and writing that shape our field – co-hosted by Alicja Syska and Carina Buckley.

In each episode, we sit down with an author whose work matters to Learning Development. We dig into their publication, explore how they think about their professional identity, and talk about writing – the craft, the struggle, and the joy of putting ideas on the page.

Learning development is growing, with more academics and HE professionals finding their way into this distinctive third-space practice, and the scholarship is growing with it. The LD Project exists to keep that conversation going so we can surface great work, spark new thinking, and build the kind of community where people learn from each other, listen carefully, and write more.
