Join us in Bournemouth to share insights, ideas, and resources focusing on how the community currently supports and develops students, empowering and enabling them to take ownership of their own learning journey. The discussions of the day will celebrate neurodiversity in relation to the OfS condition of registration B3 that states a “provider must deliver positive outcomes for students on its higher education courses” in the areas of continuation, completion, and employability (or further study).

Additional information

  • Wifi will be available.
  • Two quiet rooms in our Retreat have been reserved for the event.

Food and drink

  • Please bring a water bottle (water fountains around campus).
  • Delegates will receive a lunch voucher that can be used in the Fusion café. The café is located outside the event room, serving hot/cold food, costa coffee, snacks etc.
  • No food/drink is provided outside of the lunch voucher. There is a café right outside the event room where delegates will be able to purchase food/drink.

Location and Directions

Parking

  • Parking is in the ‘visitor and events car park’, the event is in the Fusion building, a 2 minute walk.
  • Up to 50 spaces are reserved in the events and visitor car park. On arrival to the visitor car park please advise you are attending the regional event. Please do not park in any other carpark. They are operated by cameras.

Disabled Parking

Bournemouth University will need the registration numbers for anyone who parks in a disabled space.  If you are a Blue Badge holder and intend to park in an accessibility bay between 7am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, whilst attending the event, you will need to call a reception point to register your vehicle register number: Talbot Campus – 01202 965001. Please ensure you display a valid and current blue badge when parked in the accessibility bay.
