We are inviting expressions of interest from ALDinHE members to become Partners in the ALDinHE Mentoring Scheme. This is a valuable opportunity to support mentoring relationships within the Learning Development community and contribute to the professional growth of fellow practitioners.
About the Mentoring Scheme:
The ALDinHE Mentoring Scheme supports career and professional development by pairing mentors and mentees across the learning development field.

What is a “Partner”?
Partners play a vital role by supporting mentoring pairs throughout their journey. As a Partner, you serve as a main point of contact, facilitator, advisor, and mediator, helping to guide successful mentoring relationships. This role can also contribute toward becoming a Certified Mentor (CeM).

What’s Involved:
- Complete one mandatory Partner Training session (see date above)
- Support a minimum of two ALDinHE mentoring pairs
- Support includes light-touch guidance,offering a neutral listening ear where necessary and writing a brief for future CeM applications

Please book a ticket by 19th June 2025. After booking your ticket, please complete the preparation activities provided via the link in your ticket. The preparation activities must also be completed by 19 June 2025, ahead of the training taking place on the 24 June 2025 3pm – 4pm.
