Media Type: Slides, Video
Resource Duration: 60 minutes

Kevin Brazant will be sharing his experience of leading a research project titled ‘Promoting Positive Father Involvement’. Using a Problem Based Learning (PBL) methodology, the project provided a developmental space of exploration into male engagement issues as part of practice. The project continued between academic years, acting as a point of reference for students as they transitioned through the levels. The project involved collaboration with social work students and university partners between 2019 and 2021 as part of the Northeast London Teaching Partnership (NELTP).

After the initial presentation, participants will be encouraged to share their own experience of leading projects as Learning Developers, as well as any examples of using PBL in their practice.
