Processes of Learning

Media Type: Handout(s), Slides
Resource Duration: 30 minutes
Tuition Type: Group
Number of downloads: 1

This resource consists of PPT slides and a reflective worksheet. Use of a collaborative platform such as Padlet is also recommended for collecting students’ images of learning. If delivered in person, learners could alternatively contribute physical images, e.g. by drawing or collaging.

It is intended for use with new undergraduate or pre-entry students and may be particularly relevant to adult returners. Content can be selected or removed based on the needs and backgrounds of the learners; every session may not require all the information or slides.

The slides can be adapted for asynchronous delivery by adding explanatory text from the presenter notes into the slides, or delivered live by using the notes as teaching prompts.

Duration could be extended to 60 minutes if delivered live and including discussion/interaction.
