The Research and Scholarship Development Working Group invites you to join Research Incubator – a new event designed to spark ideas, connections and momentum in Learning Development research work. Whether you’re just beginning to explore a research idea or already developing a project, this is a space to bring your early thoughts, questions and curiosities. Research Incubator is all about conversation and sharing: a chance to talk through where you are in your research journey, exchange perspectives and collaboratively explore where your ideas might go next. This is not a solutions-focused event but a supportive environment for brainstorming, reflection and inspiration alongside fellow learning developers. Come ready to think out loud, test ideas and connect with others who share your interest in scholarship in Learning Development.
