How can I help learning developers?

I would like to support other learning developers through sharing practice and tips particularly the use of debate, discussion and dialogic pedagogy in supporting student learning. I am also willing to share creative approaches to developing learning communities, relationality and a sense of belonging among students, particularly around widening participation, BAME, SpLD and those at risk of withdrawal and non-continuation. I have good examples of working with student success coaches and PASS Scheme facilitators to support peer-assisted learning and development.
