Biography

I bring over 15 years of experience in education, including 7 years in higher education, specialising in adult education and professional development. Currently, I serve as a Module Leader and Lecturer at BPP University, where I teach Business and Management courses and contribute to the development of teaching practices. I hold an FHEA, a Master’s in Professional Education and Training from UCL, and I am currently pursuing an MSc in Educational Neuroscience at Birkbeck.

As a member of BPP’s in-house training team, I actively support the continuous professional development of colleagues through tailored training sessions, mentorship, and guidance. I am passionate about fostering professional growth in fellow practitioners, particularly in enhancing pedagogical skills and applying innovative teaching strategies. Additionally, I have presented at national and international teaching conferences, sharing insights and research to promote best practices in education. I am committed to the dissemination of knowledge and contributing to the broader teaching community through mentorship and collaboration.
