I have sustained academic leadership enhancing student experience, developing the educational portfolio, embedding employability and championing student engagement. As a disciplinary researcher and educator in Social Sciences I am a sector leader on enhancing student engagement. I have authored several books and articles in peer-reviewed journals on Teaching and Learning in Criminology and developing and enhancing student experiences through Student as Producer and innovative practice.
