The feedback action planning sheet is intended to help students understand what feedback might mean and their role in providing and using feedback, and to request feedback on specific aspects of their work. There is also a section to encourage using the feedback for action planning to feedforward to the next assignment
The resource can be adapted, split into sections, and used as an assignment submission sheet as befits.
