If you teach autistic students or advise them on their careers options, or you are an employer wanting to recruit and retain autistic graduates, these guides are for you. We have created a series of Good Practice Guides for professionals to support autistic students during the transition into employment. There are guides for careers advisors, academics who support autistic students in studying and learning important employability skills, for higher education managers and for employers. The guides were co-created with professionals, students and graduates. They share inclusive support practice from across Europe, based on a strengths-based view of autism.

These guides were created as part of the Erasmus+ funded IMAGE project, which involved Leeds Beckett University, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Medical School Berlin, University of Helsinki and Federal University of Toulouse.
