Promoting key skills within Learning Development is essential for continuing to share knowledge, best practice, and establish standards across the sector. We’re also very aware that colleagues have a high workload, so we want to make sure the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) framework will be useful for their development and can also be fed into a CeP, CeLP, PGCAP, PGCert LTHE, or potential FHEA application. The CPD framework is currently in development.
