Biography

Dr Maria Kukhareva is Head of People Development at the University of Bedfordshire; resilience expert, mentor and coach. With 20 years in the UK Higher Education sector, Maria has worked in a variety of roles across the professional, academic and research roles. Her current areas of interest are gender equity and alternative leadership models, including part-time leadership and embodied leadership for peak performance. Maria is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE Academy and Aurora Advisory Board member.
