As Head of Library Services for Arts University Plymouth, with experience supporting staff and students with their research and learning development needs within HE. Over the past 14 years, I have been involved in major projects both that are library centred and that have a wider reaching impact on the institution as a whole. My department’s most recent project has been enhancing the bibliographic records by incorporating inclusive language. Within my role I have successfully completed my HEA Senior Fellowship and CILIP Fellowship, revalidating in 2023. As well as being the CILIP PRSO for the South West and Chair of SWRLS.
