Dr Victoria Yuskaitis, FHEA has significant experience in public engagement, widening participation, and academic skills development. She joined Bath Spa University as a Recruitment and Outreach Events Manager on 6 January, developing key events such as Open Days and Offer Holder Days. She previously worked in the University of Southampton Learn with US Transition Programme team as an Academic Skills Officer (Pre-Entry) from October 2021 to December 2024, where she developed academic skills workshops targeted to sixth-form students underrepresented in HE undertaking the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). She worked with EPQ students as an Education Outreach Officer at the University of Leeds (April 2017-Dec 2020), and has also previously worked as a Public Engagement Officer at the University of Central Lancashire (Jan-Oct 2021), among other roles. She completed her PhD at the University of Leeds in January 2021, and her MA at the University of Sheffield in November 2015.
