This package of documents will help to make student proofreading more systematic, allow them to get the most out of Microsoft Word, eliminate simple errors and , ultimately, work to improve writing standards.

It will prompt the student to look at existing practices but also learn some easy wins using Microsoft Word – searching for citations, years, acronyms and sorting reference lists alphabetically in seconds.
