The ALDinHE Steering Group are launching a new project related to training and development for Learning Developers. To inform the direction and outcomes of the project we would really like to hear from all Learning Developers about their experiences of training and development and their future needs. We use the term “Learning Developers” to include all colleagues who work within the realm of learning development and are likely to have a myriad of job titles (you know who you are!)
To this end, we have created an online survey where you can share your experiences and thoughts. The survey is anonymous (unless you decide to share your information) and the findings of the survey will be written up and shared with ALDinHE members.
